Health Connection Wellness

We take people from sick, tired, and stressed to healthy, happy, and thriving with our comprehensive wellness programs.

Owner and Practitioner

Dr. Frank Alamilla

The health and wellness gene runs in Dr. Frank’s family. He was inspired by his mother, who was an early advocate of chiropractic medicine, to learn more about health. He earned his chiropractic degree right after high school and has been practicing since, but his education didn’t stop there.

Over the past few decades, Dr. Frank has learned about the changing landscape of medicine and what it means for individuals to be truly well and live a healthy lifestyle. He’s learned a great deal in the past few decades and puts on free live presentations for the community to pass this wisdom on.

Associate Practitioner

Dr. Christopher Alamilla

Dr. Chris Alamilla has plenty of first hand knowledge of what many people come to see him for. As an athlete in school, he knows the importance of having the body operate at peak performance.

Dr. Chris is passionate about sports and rehabilitation, but has seen the benefits wellness can have on anyone willing to learn. He’s had a blast working with his practice members and is excited to work with many more.
