Sophie Seffrin

Sophie was born and raised in North Richland Hills, graduating from Richland High School. She lives with her mother and two younger sisters, as well as her little white cat Elle! Sophie enjoys reading (mainly fantasy), playing tennis, and golfing with friends. Not to mention, you can always find her in the Stockyards on weekends! At Health Connection, Sophie enjoys being one of the main faces that patients are greeted by. She loves seeing how people light up when they walk into the office, and being a hand in their healing journey is something that she finds so gratifying and fulfilling.

Crystalyn Alamilla

Crystalyn has been an avid reader and writer since childhood. Her passion for writing has pushed her to create blogs and increase Health Connection's website and social media presence. She loves using the power of words to promote doctors who are changing lives—including her own.
Crystalyn also loves investing in future generations by teaching preschool. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two daughters by being outside, playing board games, and having deep talks about The Lord of the Rings.

Maritza Martinez

Maritza was born in Mexico and raised in Texas with her younger sister and brother. She has a cat, Nina, who she loves. In her free time, Maritza likes to read, sing along to musicals, and go for walks with Nina. Growing up, she always knew she wanted to help people, and working at HealthConnection's Haltom City location has given her that opportunity. Maritza has been able to help people get better after life changing situations, speaks both English and Spanish, and is often complimented on her exceptional care for patients.

Rachel Alvis

Born and raised in Texas, Rachel is passionate about guiding patients towards a happier and healthier life. She is excited to share encouragement and life experience with those on their own health journeys. You can find Rachel at Health Connection Keller assisting the front desk and therapy treatments. During the weekend, she is fond of playing board games with her friends, watering her garden, and walking her beloved sheepadoodle Evie.

Daniela Alamilla, LAc

Daniela grew up in Mexico, where she got her Acupuncture and Rehabilitation degree and certification. At Health Connection, she sets patients on the road to healing with therapy and Kinesio tape. Daniela is also a wonderful bilingual communicator who speaks Spanish and English! She has a passion for helping people through natural medicine, as well as working with chiropractors who truly care about their patients.
In her spare time, Daniela enjoys spending time with her husband (Dr. Chris!) and their two beautiful children. She loves taking walks, working out, going to coffee or boba shops, and watching movies.

Jandy Alcala

Jandy was born in Mexico and raised in Texas. She has a son named Andy and a daughter named Aislinn. Jandy loves to cook, and spends as much time with her children. At only 6 years old Jandy had a kidney removal surgery that completely changed her perspective on life. Growing up she always knew she wanted to help others, and at Health Connections Jandy has been able to do that.
